The Tan Can will not accept any refunds or exchanges on products purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If a purchase is approved for return or exchange, The Tan Can is not responsible for paying the shipping fees to send it back to us.
The Tan Can holds your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Your information is stored behind a 'firewall' to prevent breaches of privacy. Credit card details are processed via a secure browser. We do not store your credit card details.
We must have a policy to prevent abuse, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
